UU. desde la fecha indicada por USCIS para tu pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Presencia f\u00edsica continua<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en EE. UU. desde la fecha designada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No tener antecedentes penales graves<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, como delitos mayores o m\u00faltiples delitos menores.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No ser considerado inadmisible por razones como fraude migratorio o ciertos delitos. Verifica bien las instrucciones espec\u00edficas y las fechas l\u00edmite correspondientes a tu pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Paso 2: Acude a tu cita de biometr\u00eda<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Despu\u00e9s de presentar tu solicitud, USCIS te enviar\u00e1 una notificaci\u00f3n con la fecha de tu cita para las huellas digitales.
