Generalmente, por lo menos <\/span><b>30 d\u00edas antes de tu audiencia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> si tienes abogado y no est\u00e1s detenido. Las respuestas suelen entregarse dentro de <\/span><b>10 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de recibirlas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El juez decide qu\u00e9 pruebas aceptar y qu\u00e9 valor darles. Haz la solicitud temprano, en tu audiencia de calendario maestro o mediante moci\u00f3n escrita.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Qu\u00e9 incluir en tu evidencia<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Condiciones del pa\u00eds<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: reportes de fuentes confiables (ej. Human Rights Watch, ACNUR). Habla despacio y deja terminar al int\u00e9rprete.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contrainterrogatorio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Mant\u00e9n la calma. Corrige errores de forma breve. No discutas. Pide aclaraci\u00f3n si la pregunta es confusa. T\u00fa llevas la carga de la prueba. Aseg\u00farate de que tus fechas y detalles coincidan en tu NTA, tu aplicaci\u00f3n de asilo (I-589), expedientes m\u00e9dicos y entrevistas anteriores. S\u00e9 honesto si hay lagunas de memoria.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Normas b\u00e1sicas de conducta ante el Juez<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sigue al pie de la letra las \u00f3rdenes de programaci\u00f3n (l\u00edmites de p\u00e1ginas, pesta\u00f1as, formato).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trae las copias que el juez pida.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respeta el tiempo estimado, no lo excedas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tu audiencia es virtual, prueba tu enlace y audio antes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfoca los temas importantes con anticipaci\u00f3n; a veces un escrito previo ayuda a que el juez concentre su an\u00e1lisis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Objeciones y evidencia complicada<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Relevancia y materialidad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: est\u00e1ndar seg\u00fan 8 C.F.R. \u00a7 1240.7(a).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Testimonios de terceros (hearsay)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: son admisibles, pero se puede cuestionar su peso.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Documentos del gobierno<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: puedes disputar su confiabilidad si son inexactos o forzados (ej.
