Ms. Daniela Lucena, a fluent Spanish speaker, is a graduate of the American University Washington College of Law with an additional law degree (J.D. equivalent) from the Santa Maria University in Caracas, Venezuela.

As a passionate advocate for immigrant rights, Daniela has a high rate of success with a compassionate approach, thereby enabling her to connect with the client and provide excellent service.

She developed an interest in immigration law due to her own personal experience as an immigrant. Daniela is able to empathize with the immigrant community and the difficulties they experience which enables her to better serve clients of Law Group International.

Daniela has extensive experience with both immigrant and non-immigrant visas. Through this experience and knowledge of immigration law, she guides families through the complex process of uniting loved ones from overseas, as well as, legal status for family members already in the United States.

Daniela provides assistance with asylum cases, cancellation of removal, withholding of removal, U visa status, Violence Against Women Act, unlawful presence waivers, and special immigrant juvenile status to name a few. She also assists clients with complex naturalization cases and complicated I-751 petitions.

In addition, Daniela has knowledge of the immigration laws and procedures for employment-based cases. These include Treaty Trader (E-1) or Treaty Investor (E-2) visas, I-140 petitions, Employment-based adjustment of status or consular processing.
